Your Legal Resource
Times can be great one day and terrible the next. Events unfold as haphazardly as a snow flake falls. The outcome is usually not bad enough to need legal advice and certainly not bad enough to require legal representation. We all know issues can develop a momentum of their own. Seemingly reasonable people become unreasonable. Friends become adversaries and the only resolution lies with legal action. What is a person to do. We don’t know the law to understand what harm has been done, could be done, and certainly we are ill equipped to assess potential damage to our reputation and our financial portfolio.
That is where an attorney with the requisite training, skills and education comes in. To proceed into court without representation is nothing short of fool hardy. The details, the conflicts within Local, State and Federal Law, can twist an issue, that seemed simple and clear, into a nightmare of, “legal-eze” and nomenclature unlike anything we, “regular people”, ever use. It is no wonder our Government can not craft a law that reads easily. Most legislators are lawyers. In the realm, it is just how it’s done.
If you find yourself in need of assistance in bankruptcy protection, foreclosure defense, personal injury representation, probate court guidance, or divorce settlements, you will need a well trained, experienced lawyer. It is my intention this site should help promote the information gathering any person faced with any of these legal challenges will face. It is important to hear from different resources as much as it is true that some people are easier to understand than others. We have our alpha matches and then there are the others that test our communication skills. I have always found it better to keep looking for help until I find someone I do not have to work hard to understand.
Additionally there are many research resources you should be aware of. Too much knowledge will never interfere with your process. Too little knowledge will turn you into sheep, to be led where you are told to go, and to accept what ever is presented as your results. Many example exist to show how damaging relying on other peoples knowledge in the absence of your own. No where is it more critical for you to have at your disposal resources to help you decide intelligently, what decisions are good for you and which one require you to stand up and declare openly, your dis-satisfaction. Only then can you stand to enjoy the positive effects of legal representation and the results that can be yours.
The reasons for visiting this website are two. In one instance you are simply researching a topic that has legal implications and or involvement. The second is more serious in that you have a pressing legal matter and you need help. I personally am biasing this website to facilitate the viewer in need of help. At the same time there will be necessary information for a casual research effort to enable both goals.
Please find the navigation links at the top of the page in the standard pop down menu system. Added to the right margin are links that go to the same locations but are text driven navigation aids. If in your travels in this website you feel a need for more information on an already included topic or you would like to suggest the inclusion of information of a related legal topic that would be helpful for following readers , please by all means leave a message to that effect. I endeavor to enhance this site with an open mind to suggestions and corrections.
I remember when I needed certain information on a legal topic, I was instantly overwhelmed with millions of returns in search and endless attorneys advertising their practice. I am not an attorney. I am a regular Joe like you. I want to enable any visitor to be advantaged for the combined experience I have had as well as the experience and knowledge of the contributors of content and videos. I will not sell anything on this site. I will offer referrals to outside resources per topic that might be of value and in turn may generate a desire to buy a book or a course or anything relative to the topic matter. This is all in a days grace. I have bought tons of things off of topic centered websites and have never felt bad about it. I rather built an appreciation for a website that does not have banners and advertisements cluttering things up. So with that said any link that takes you to an external resource will do so on a new page. You will not loose your place in where ever you were when you followed a link of interest.
If you would like to recommend any resource or book I always favored personal prompts and recommendations. So anywhere on the site you can leave a comment and I will respond as soon as I am able. Thank you again for taking the time to look over this site and I hope it serves your needs.
